All units at Vintage Grand are individually owned, and at any time a number are available for annual rental.  Please check online rental websites and Sarasota property management  companies for information on available units.  Please note that the Vintage Grand office is not involved with the availability of rental units.

Short-term/Vacation Rentals

The minimum permitted lease is 6 months at Vintage Grand.  If you are seeing a unit offered for daily rental on a vacation website such as airbnb, VRBO, etc be aware that such rental is in contravention of the Condominium Associations bylaws.  You may be prevented from parking,   have your vehicle towed, and be denied use of the pools and any of the recreational facilities should you rent a unit on a daily/weekly basis.
